RETURNS POLICY

Special Policy regarding FACE MASKS and FILTERS

All Mask and Filter Sales Are Final.  Due to the nature of this product, health standards do not allow us to accept any returns on these masks.

OTHER SEA BY DAY PRODUCTS

We accept online returns for a full refund within 15 days of your order's ship date. All items must be unused and returned with its original packaging. We do not refund shipping costs that may have incurred.

All sale items are final.

To return:

1. Email us at info@seabyday.com. State your order number and which item(s) you would like to return.

2. We will issue you a return# to refer to. Once provided with a return#, please mail your return to the following address:

Please note, we do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend shipping via USPS Priority.

3. Once received and merchandise has been inspected for damages/wear, we will process your return within 3-5 business days. 

Please note:

All return items must be unused and undamaged.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If the return is approved, the card you paid with will be refunded. If the return is rejected no refund will be applied and the item will be sent back to you via shipping label you provide. 

Sale items (if applicable)

Products marked "All Sales Final" cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
